To the Creative Community:

PLACE is a nonprofit with a mission to build affordable, sustainable communities that create public benefit. We're developing a live/work community in St. Louis Park, MN, which is being designed for the needs of creatives -- loosely defined as artists, artisans, craft artists, scientists, inventors, technologists, and makers. This new community will feature:

Affordable live/work apartments
Alternative energy
On-site greenhouses and CSA (Community Supported Agriculture)
An urban forest
Easy access to mass transit and bike trails

We need your help to design better facilities, and assess your housing, workspace, transit, and other needs. Whether or not you are in need of space, or would consider relocating to this new community, you are a valued member of the creative community and your opinions are important to us!

It's really important for us to express that we greatly respect your privacy. All information collected from this survey will be kept strictly confidential. Your information will not be shared with other organizations — period. Thank you for taking the time to participate in this study.
